When I st...My word for 2017 is "Health". When I started focusing on fixing my bloodwork numbers, agility, flexibility I stopped obsessing over the scale. I gave up dieting and found that I don't really like sweets that much, I was using it as a crutch because I thought it would numb me from things I didn't want to deal with (my past) or make a moment sweeter.
