I guess I am confused as to why this is better than say, indulging on apples or lettuce? And, suppressing their appetites by staring at pictures? Gimmicks seem to always win over logic.
Ew. It's incredible the lengths we go to in order to "appear" healthy (i.e. thin) without actually caring about whether our bodies are healthy. What if we measured health by how we feel inside our bodies--energetic, happy, thriving-- instead of by how we measure up to some abstract ideal of what we think we should look like?
