I saw part of this show and it was a really good, honest look at women's health. She even went to the OB/GYN with a woman who'd never gone yet (she was 28). Just a reminder that we all need to be proactive about our sexual health.

I went to the Tyra show this summer. Um, kind of lame and there are a million ads (signs) for her show on the streets of nyc.
I don't know how I feel about her, but I am guilty of watching some of her shows.
