(I've never had a fight with my bathing suit. But I would TOTALLY kick it's butt! 'Cause, y'know, it's an inanimate object.)
What a silly and demeaning advertisement -- as if exercise was only for the purpose of looking good in a bathing suit!
I hope that the gym goes under, but unfortunately these are the messages that tend to sell.
Thanks! Yeah, I think I could take my suits, too, especially those that aren't even easily machine-washable. ; )

I love your blog! I completely agree with your assertion that all women have an eating disorder. I think it explains the stereotypical fixation on shoes. When I went on my first diet, I suddenly became interested in footwear, as I never had been before. I realized it was because feet don't get "fat." Feet look as good as the shoes one is wearing.
