Very well written. This is inside so many women (I do not know about men) and yet we still compliment each other when we someone who has dieted and lost weight. "You look great" we say. Rarely do you ever recieve that compliment unless you have lost weight. Sometimes I think the desire to go on a diet comes from the need of being complimented.
